Stress free...

 Stress is one of the worst factors we have to go up against, and research shows a plethora of negative cosequences that come from bearing too much of it, especially for any length of time. Without realizing it, we can even jeopardize our social lives and relationships if we're unable to find a healthy way of coping. Here are some new ideas for clearing away the crap symptoms of carrying stress.

Standing while in one place, focus on your chest: the tightness, or your inability to breathe. Physically move backwards, but in your mind keep your chest and that sensation in place, so that you're literally standing right behind it. Focus on yourself and the previous spot as two separate places. You should experience a complete change physically instantaneously.

Imagine a room up above you in your mind and throw all of your negative feelings in to that room until your chest constriction releases. Keep the different levels clear in your mind. Just a tip: in my experience, sliding doors work better than swing-close. You can think about sending the energy, literally streaming it from yourself upward, but it works too if you literally place it there and shut the door, keeping yourself and it separated.

Think about your stomach and open lines outside your rib cage down to about your hips relaxing the entire area, and push all of your energy from your chest down into your stomach. Instantaneously, you should feel that path of tightness moving downward. Once it's in place, take a deep breath and feel your torso realign, sans tightness up top.
